Neil Hodgson - Coastal Lettings

April 16, 2026

Business you represent:

Coastal Lettings

How long have you worked/had a business in the Town Centre?

Since 2017, I bought some empty commercial buildings and brought them back into use over the last few years including the high street shop we used for the Coastal Lettings office.

Why did you get involved with Barrow BID?

I've been following the Barrow BID for a few years and now seems like a good time to get involved.

The high street is evolving, and I’m very interested in what it's going to look like and what services it’s going to provide, so I want to help steer this in a possible direction and hopefully increase footfall

Favourite BID event or project?

My favourite BID event is the Soapbox Race as I have a keen interest in motorsports and it's great to see the volume and diverse audience it attracts to the town centre.

Tell us something most people wouldn't know about you?

Something people won’t know about me is that I used to compete in cross-country mountain biking events across the north of England.
