About the event

Autumn Fest returns to Barrow town centre, with the Pumpkin Patch back for 2026!

Step into a day of Autumnal fun, with pumpkin picking, creative craft workshops, cooking demonstrations and more to enjoy. Decorate your own pumpkin, take part in free activities, enjoy live entertainment and face painting, plus don’t miss the chance to meet the alpacas!

With something for all ages, it’s the perfect way to enjoy an Autumn day out right here in Barrow.

Rail

Car

From the M6 motorway, exit at Junction 36 and continue along the A590 signposted Barrow.
Pass through the market town of Ulverston and through the village of Lindal-in-Furness, then take the 2nd exit at the roundabout prior to Dalton-in-Furness. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit straight-on and head down the hill.

At the following roundabout, take the 1st exit along Park Road, which will take you the scenic route into Barrow-in-Furness. Take the 2nd exit at the final roundabout and head along Abbey Road, past the Abbey House Hotel, and continue until you reach the town centre.
