Why did you get involved with Barrow BID?
I got involved with Bid as part of my work placement with Furness College. It drew me in because I love engaging with the local community and contributing to its growth through the events hosted and run by the businesses of the communiity.
What is your favourite BID event/project and why?
The Soapbox Derby because of the excitement and thrill it brings into the town centre, along with the fun designs that businesses bring to the making of their soapboxes are always funny to see.
Tell us something most people wouldn't know about you?
I currently give a portion of my time helping out at Re:New community charity shop
