How long have you worked/had a business in the Town Centre?

I’ve worked in the town centre for around a year now, since 2025.

Why did you get involved with Barrow BID?

I want to help create a busier, brighter, and more welcoming town centre. With my experience running a major hospitality business in Barrow I understand what visitors look for and what drives footfall and I am looking forward to being able to bring my knowledge and experience into the BID initiatives so that they can bring fun, value and prosperity for local businesses and the community.

Favourite BID event or project?

Dino day is my favourite…It is so nice seeing the energy in and around the town centre…it brings out the young and the old and all those in between and everyone has a smile on their face!

Tell us something most people wouldn't know about you?

When I was 19 years old I was the opening manager for the biggest Travelodge in the UK at the time.
